We do not accept medical insurance directly. However, we provide claim forms for reimbursement. A consultation fee applies for BHRT services. After your visit, we provide you with an insurance claim form to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Each insurance plan has different coverage rules and limits, so we can’t guarantee reimbursement amounts, but many patients successfully recoup costs through their individual plans.
