Another 2026 systematic review identified 21 eligible studies and reported improvements across several rejuvenation outcomes while calling for larger and more standardized trials.

The evidence has moved beyond pure laboratory speculation.
But it has not yet reached the level of evidence that would justify describing exosome therapy as a universally proven skin-rejuvenation treatment.
